“I arrived at the Tretyakov Gallery to see the paintings for the last time, there was an icon, the“ trinity ”of Rublev - I really wanted to see it, and I poked my nose into the glass, the guards ran away, this began! When you blind, you begin to believe in everything, including the Lord of God. I thought the icon is prayed - what if it helps?! " - says Konstantin Zobov, an employee of the rehabilitation center "House of Blaglyuhihi".

In the Metro Museum in New York, they are taught to draw, in the Van Gogh Museum in Amsterdam they conduct special excursions with sounds and smells, an exhibition of modern art with an inclusive program was also held in the Moscow garage.
But Konstantin Vladimirovich and Bogdan have never been to these museums. They arrived at the Tretyakov Gallery on the Crimean Val, to the exhibition "The Language of Sculpture on Brilya", to touch the original mock -ups of the monuments to Russian writers. While we are standing with our backs to the exposition at the edge of the balcony above the entrance to the gallery, Konstantin Vladimirovich and Bogdan catch sounds coming from everywhere. At the level of our eyes, the luxurious chandelier of the Central Hall, Konstantin Vladimirovich does not know about this, and Bogdan can distinguish light and says that the chandelier must be even more than in the Mari Theater.
The sculpture of Dostoevsky photo: Anna Ivantsova for TDBogdan came from Yoshkar-Ola. During pregnancy, his mother suffered rubella, and he was born with multiple violations, including glaucoma, because of which he was gradually blind. He underwent several operations, and three years ago to Yoshkar-Ola, at the age of 15, he made an unsuccessful laser correction. “They didn’t explain anything in the hospital, they simply said - here is the direction to the Helmholtz clinic to you, go urgently,” says Bogdan Galina Anatolyevna, with whom he lives (parents earn money in Moscow). “We rushed, and there we were told that as a result of the intervention, the visual nerve was damaged, and vision will disappear within a month.” So it happened.
"I remember well the day when I lost my vision"“I remember this day,” Bogdan says quite calmly. - June 5, 2013, woke up early and noticed only a spot in his eyes. At first he was worried, searched for information - he found out about the Chinese massager, but they said that it was impossible with glaucoma. I also found about transplantation, Americans are doing at Harvard University. After the operation, there is vision for six months, and then disappears again. Well, I decided that every six months here, - Bogdan runs his hand over the back of the head, - it will not work to saw. "
Bogdan listens to Brodsky’s poems at the exhibition “The Language of the Sculpture on Brylya” in the Tretyakov Gallery Photo: Anna Ivantsova for TDThe first months after loss of vision was very difficult for the boy. “He repeated all the time:“ Why should I live? Probably, I won’t live soon ”,” my grandmother was afraid to leave him alone for a long time, I asked for home from work, read different books to him, persuaded that it happens worse, there was this nickname without arms and legs, but life is still life. “They rearranged all the furniture in the apartment so that it was convenient for him, showed everything to him, we are no longer moving,” the grandmother recalls. “The granddaughter came to visit, she then studied in the third grade, and went for half a day with her eyes closed to better understand him, tried not to open it with all her might.” There is no chance of returning vision yet, but Bogdan continues to hope for the invention of some kind of magical means.
When you blind, you begin to believe in everything, including the Lord GodNow he is undergoing rehabilitation in the Center "House of Blaglyluchekh", in which he was thanks to the Foundation "Connecting". Here Bogdan looks happy: there is someone to communicate with, and everyone is attentive to him. A striking contrast with Yoshkar-Ola, where he has to mainly sit in an apartment-a boarding school for the blind and visually impaired Bogdan finished at home. In the center, Bogdan masters computer science - the invisible training is possible thanks to special programs voiced texts, as well as special Brylev displays and the keyboard. It seems to him that now his life will become different, he even asked to leave him to work in the center, to help with computers. But all that they can offer him is an additional time of stay. You can swim in the pool for three more weeks (“There is a river in Yoshkar-Ola, quiet, calm, but anyway, when you don’t see, scary”), attend events, study, but the main thing is to communicate continuously, sing to the accompaniment of the driver of Sergei, borrow the laptop at the neighbor, thank people with candy in the dining room, what they are all good, to do with them, to do with them, to do with them, to make a selfie. which you will never see.

Bogdan was still lucky, they love him at home. ”
Konstantin Vladimirovich blinded at 24 years as a result of complications after the flu. He was then a student, transferred to absenteeism and still received a diploma of the Faculty of Engineering and Economics. Then everything was more complicated: “If you needed a book, you could pay the money in the library, they hired a reader and you were recorded on such bobbins.” Or my wife read aloud. True, she soon left. Konstantin Vladimirovich claims that both his next wives were outwardly similar to the previous one. How does he know this if you have never seen them? “But I touch them - the shape of the nose, lips, cheekbones. I don’t even know how it happened. ”
Nikolai Gumilev photo: Anna Ivantsova for TD“Judging by the echo, here the space is huge, not the same as in Lavrushinsky, it is very nice to hear voices. So many people came to the Aivazovsky exhibition, which means they are interested in art, ”Konstantin Vladimirovich shares his impressions. But the head of the Department of Educational Programs, Elena Gerasimova, does not quite agree with him, he says that, taking photos against the backdrop of the painting “Ninth Val”, “They break out from there, excited by their success, and throwing our exhibition, where they suddenly can be touched by their hands, and this makes a colossal impression on them - adults, begin to hang on the nose of Mandelstam.” Quite unexpectedly, Konstantin Vladimirovich states that he was allowed to touch the originals with his hands, even those who cannot see, copies - yes, but not originals, earlier, when he was in the Tretyakov Gallery, they did not do that. The last time the “trinity” of Rublev disappointed him: “Some kind of pale, I love everything bright.” In the Tretyakov Gallery, he remembered the “whirlwind” of Malyavin, “unknown” by Kramsky and the mysterious portrait of Brezhnev. However, Brezhnev may have been mixed from other campaigns - he agrees, because it was more and more than 30 years ago.
Bogdan photo: Anna Ivantsova for TDThe memories of the visible world with new impressions do not really coincide - the samely, the back of Brodsky’s head, Konstantin Vladimirovich, says that he felt “this acyn”, which he never loved. The beloved Yesenin is also not quite the same as it seemed before: “I remember the famous photo with a pipe in my hand. There he is such a spectacular. And here is some kind of, I don’t even know, it looks more like a simple man. ” Pushkin’s head surprised most of all: “Here he has a wide nose - a hooked one, hanging, a little larger ... Here I have a picture in my head - Pushkin in front of a mirror with his wife. I really like this picture, there he is a handsome man, and here is a tired person. ”
Bogdan does not know the word “bacenbard” - having received an explanation, obediently checks for the presence of the Basenbard of all the following characters: Chekhov, Harms, Zaitsev in a boat with grandfather Mazai. At the exhibition, he prefers to train in reading signs. The new skills acquired in the "House of Blaglyuly" give him the opportunity to feel fully. Now he dreams of a special keyboard equipped with Braille's language , which he mastered in the center. Bogdan hears only one ear, and his hearing is also worsening, so such a keyboard can become his only connection with the outside world, but there is no possibility yet.
Bogdan with his teacher at the exhibition "The Language of the Brylya Sculpture" in the Tretyakov Gallery Photo: Anna Ivantsova for TDThe “House of Blindlugh”, where Bogdan now lives, and where Konstantin Vladimirovich works is a training and rehabilitation center, which teaches blinded disabled people. They teach them the ABC Braille, first the simplest and then more complex skills in working with special computer programs that allow them to communicate. Psychologists work with the blind men who help to believe that suicide is not the only way out of this emptiness. If you learn, you can live. In order for the center’s employees to buy the right equipment and pay specialists who work with the disabled, they need a million rubles. If you arrange a regular donation, Bogdan will be able to come to the “blindbie” house more often and feel happy.
