Five bullets and a hole in the passport

In the process of the murder of Boris Nemtsov, surprises begin. Therefore, it is worth summing up the main forensic forensic facts.

Sleeves

In court, the majority of the main documents related directly to the shots were announced. They eliminate many uncertainty that have generated different conspiracy versions. But they put new questions.

I will immediately make a reservation that I have no case materials at my disposal and did not see photograms and schemes attached to it. The schemes drawn by me are based on examinations and examinations read out in court. But these texts quite accurately describe the locations and sizes.

Dadaev described the murder in the first testimony, but then refused the testimony. Therefore, either he accurately described the events, or it is a version of the investigation that was forced to voice. In any case, this is the main working version.

This is how the shot sleeves are located at the crime scene. The cartridges were of two types: two - the Tula plant and four - Yuryuzansky.

According to a well -known version, the killer followed a couple of Nemtsov - Duritskaya from behind. He made the first three shots in the back, and then a few more, but for now we will wait. According to the scheme, it can be assumed that two sleeves at the base of the stairs and one on the steps - from the first three shots (the sleeves flew to the right through the parapet and down). However, one of them may be a sleeve No. 2, which hit a stone parapet and remaining on the sidewalk. I do not take the judge by the rest that happened later. Exactly that the next shots were made from a completely different direction (the sleeves fly to the right) - either from the side of the roadway, or in general or from above. They lie in different places, and it is difficult to understand. But the sleeves 2 and 1 could also scatter people who went there before the police arrived. Although it is unlikely that anyone transferred the No. 3 sleeve from the sidewalk to the roadway through the high border.

The examination confidently says that all bullets are released from one weapon. But if you still allow a version with two pistols, then I do not know how to explain such a scatter of the same type of sleeve: the killers had to run around Nemtsov in circles.

In court, serious jambs of the investigation were already revealed when working with sleeves, but it is unlikely that they were aimed at hiding some manipulations at the crime scene.

Wounds

The bullet holes give a more distinct picture. Reds indicate the input holes, blue - the weekend. Two wounds were blind - bullets remained in the body. The arrows show the bullet channel.

Shots 1, 2, 4 are made behind, from left to right and bottom up. This is completely in the picture. The first three times the killer shot after, and Dadaev Levsha (he said that he shot his left) and much lower than Nemtsov. Shots 3 and 5 were made from left to right - just one bullet came a little from behind, and the second a little in front, both almost to the side. The examination says so: these shots are made in the body that is already lying on the right side (and according to the investigation, Nemtsov lay on the right side, head to the edge of the bridge). But if the body lies on the side, so you can only get standing above it, more precisely - above your head. Shooting from top to bottom, steeply. From the sidewalk, as said in the first testimony of Dadaev, from a distance of several meters, it is difficult to get so. Unless the body lay almost on the stomach, parallel to the earth. Which, in principle, is possible.

The exact results of a ballistic examination are needed here, which were not announced in detail. However, I will not be surprised, if there are no one, and the experts gave out the same nonsense as we used to get from them, say, in swamp business and many others. We only heard that the results do not contradict the working version.

If the body lies on his side, then it means that the killer after the first shots continued to move to the falling body, went to him 5 meters (from which the first shots were allegedly taken) and finished off almost point blank. Duritskaya, who walked to the left of Nemtsov, holding his arm, according to Dadaev, also fell. She could fall either on Nemtsov from above, or right in front of him. In this case, she was very lucky that they did not get into her. In addition, she was half a meter from the shooting killer, and it is very likely that she could still see him. She says that, turning around, she saw only a driving car.

The “question of three seconds” is also aggravated, for which the killer had to do everything while he was in the shadow of the snowman. Three shots, a few steps forward, three more shots into the fallen body, running to the curb. Everything is slightly reduced if he immediately rushed to the roadway and shot from there. But here, as already mentioned, more accurate data are needed.

There is another "miracle". The examination divides the wounds into two fundamentally different groups: 2, 4 and 1, 3, 5. "Such a picture can be observed if shots were carried out by various ammunition or made of different weapons."

I see only one option: the cartridges were charged. Because, if we assume that there was a second shooter, then he had to shoot at once from two different directions (from behind and side).

Witnesses

While we know three - those who were near the time of the murder. Two - Duritskaya and the driver of the snowman - say that they did not see anything. The third, Evgeny Young, an interview with which appeared almost immediately after the murder on Lifenews, says that he went after the couple and saw the fallen Nemtsov and the runaway, who was sitting in a bright “apparently, domestic car, from a distance of 80 meters.

Duritskaya was summoned to court on November 8, but did not appear. They seemed to be said about young people that they did not live at the specified address. About the driver of the snowman, the prosecutor Semenenko spoke gloomily: "If you manage to find it." I had a persistent feeling that we would not see the main possible witnesses of the murder in court.

Car

The car is the only link connecting the murder itself and the accused. The investigation found a lot of evidence that they followed Nemtsov on this and other machines and were interconnected - video recordings of surveillance cameras, voluminous telephone billing. On the night of the murders, they were on Red Square, spun around the hum, where they had dinner with the Nemts with Duritskaya. But there are no records directly from the bridge (except for the general type of the TVC camera , where no one cannot be recognized). The witnesses are still silent. Prints on sleeves from the bridge are not recognized. There is no weapon. There is only a car into which the killer sat and which managed to detect surveillance cameras immediately at the congress from the bridge. And the Chechens company used this machine for several months.

The owner of the car, Julia Snentitskene, was questioned in court. In September, she put up the ZAZ for sale in the Avtostail salon (the office itself uses another name - "Autoalness"), where it was sold.

On November 8, the salon employee Artem Trapezin, the only one in the car dealership, spoke in court who talked with the buyer of the car. In the courtroom, he recognized the buyer in Dadaev. It should be noted that Dadaev himself approved by the investigation that Anzor Gubashev bought the car, that she was driven under the windows of their apartment from the notorious Rusik, the customer of the murder.

According to Trapezin, the person who introduced himself as Zaur, he called the announcement and arrived in the salon. After looking at the car, I went for money. Returning, he said that he would buy the car in the name of his brother, who, having become the culprit of the accident, promised the injured Uzbek to replace him with a broken car the same. The car was issued only according to photocopy of the passport for a certain Aliyev. The merchant seemed suspicious, and he asked for a passport near Zaur. He was alarmed, but the passport showed. Trapezin made sure that the name Zaura coincides with what was indicated in the passport, and calmed down. He does not remember the surnames in the passport, but he remembers that the passport was fresh, clean and without holes (Dadaev himself asked about this).

"Zaura" both times brought a man on a black foreign car, does not remember the model. Sitting in a foreign car was dense, middle -aged, with a black beard, in a tracksuit "with stripes". I saw nothing else, because the glasses were tinted.

Trapezin also recognized the ZAZ he sold on many frames from the surveillance cameras made later during the monitoring of Chechens behind Nemtsov. And on the final shots, when the investigation found a car thrown after the murder in Trubnikovsky Lane. We read the protocol of its inspection by investigators on March 1, 15. A steering wheel, a lever, air filters were removed from the car and sent for examination. The car on the evacuator was also sent to the FSB FSB forensic Institute on Vernadsky Avenue.

And then the defense drew the attention of the jury to the fact that in the list of the appearance of ZAZ in different places (the investigation worked for glory) recorded by road cameras: there is a strange one: a car that was disassembled and sent for examination on March 1 was moved: on March 5, on the 6th - in Orekhov, on the 13th - according to Volgogradka. It seems that she traveled around Moscow and while she should stand in the salon on sale.

Then it turned out that, giving the first testimony to the investigation on March 16, Trapezin did not remember the name Zaur. And by March 25 I already remembered. Then there was a sensation: lawyer Kaverzin pulled out a passport of Zaura Dadaev from the portfolio and asked him to introduce him to the case. It turned out that there was simply no passport in the case. According to Dadaev, upon arrival in Grozny, on March 1, he left him with his brother and then went only with rights. The passport turned out to be 15 years ago, battered, all in the boots of some sort of finished paint (he had been in the rain for a long time, Dadaev explained) and with a hole in the middle.

All the testimony of the Trapezin crackled. It remains unclear not only who bought a car, but also how many cars exist with such a number and who drove them.

Conspirology

I understand where the most fantastic versions come from. It is impossible to believe that the customer of the murder was the driver, while the name of his boss, Ruslan Geremeyev, is found in the case at every step. Yes, and in the castle commander of the battalion "North" as the main figure, it is difficult to believe. It seems that the only way to find a thread from performers to customers is to find inconsistencies between the version of the investigation and the real picture of the murder. If they are, then the chopped away "tails" are hidden here. And these are the shadows of those unknown and almighty who helped the killers right there on the bridge. As if not enough missing records from video cameras.

But so far, if there are questions in the forensic aspect of the case, then rather these are questions for the traditional methods of the Russian investigation. It is used to relying on confession, neglecting the mass of the inaccuracies and omissions. It is in an effort to bring someone out of the blow, limited to a couple of stuffing in the media, several primitive substitutions and linden witnesses, hoping that the court will wave any stretch. As a result, even if we have real performers, we doubt and again doubt everything and do not believe anything.
