I'm tired of all this, and I decided to go up to the leadership to the second floor. Then the duty officer ran out of his closet and, spreading his hands in different directions, yelled: "I will not miss!" So for some time he stayed near the turnstile so that no one could check whether the leadership is in place or not. Someone on duty made a remark that he was outside his place of service, to which he replied: “What, it’s not visible, I’m struggling with people!”

In the end, the “fighter with people” took up his post, and a secretary went down to us, who also did not make any clarity. There was a second hour of expectations. We perfectly understood that we were not missed for a reason. After our phone calls, the representatives of the Federal Penitentiary Service and the regional prosecutor’s office immediately returned to their jobs and stopped holding all the “introductory”.

We were “kindly” invited “to the zone”. The plans were to meet five convicts. We talked with three, refused to bring the other two, because they have a “miscalculation” (check if all convicted in place is the OVD-info ). We decided that the miscalculation was not eternal, and reported that we would wait. We waited longer than an hour. During the wait, we decided to inspect the room in which we conducted conversations with the convicts, for the presence of microphones, etc. equipment. In one of the drawers, an object resembled sharpening was found.

After an hour of expectations and long-term disputes with the administration, we were still given the opportunity to talk with other convicts.

Leaving IK-3, we headed for my car. I got behind the wheel and immediately felt that the car refuses to drive. Having drove a 100 meters, I realized that I had a pierced wheel.

Having convinced of this visually, she called specialists of local tire fitting. Despite the fact that they do not provide departure services, having heard my story about a puncture wheel and the need to go home to Orenburg 300 miles, agreed to come and help. For the exit and change of the punctured wheel to the spare, the guys refused to take money.

I am very grateful to them for the help provided and for such a human attitude to someone else's problem. To come to the rescue of a stranger in non -working hours and abandon money for the work done - it is worth a lot! I can’t help but say that when we were looking for a way out of this situation and, there was no agreement with the tire fitting, Vyacheslav Dundin called Ruslan Ismagilov (director of the New City management company, an activist of the Yabloko party in Orsk -Ininfo ) to find out the phone number of some tire fitting. Ruslan, without hesitation, immediately offered to come to the rescue, and this is on his birthday! Ruslan! Thank you for your responsiveness and your negligence!

So I will continue my story: when the guys from the tire fitting were diagnosed with the wheel, they were surprised: “And to whom such a cute girl could annoy?!” It turned out that the wheel is pierced with a sharp object (something like an sewing) on the outside (side) of the wheel. I immediately understood whose hands this is the matter, and remembered the general establishment of “fighters with people” ...

The puncture was a rounded shape, the size of the section, which coincides with the sharpening that we found in the room for meetings with convicts (in the photo). This room is located directly opposite the duty unit. I believe that there is a connection between sharpening and puncture, if not straight, then indirect. There is no doubt that the colony officers did it.

PS Albina Mudarisova explained to the OVD-Info that she did not write a statement about the punctured bus at once, because when the tiremakers finished work, it was already nine o’clock in the evening, and ahead of her was waiting for the house of 300 kilometers. “In general, my car was in the IK-3 parking lot. I know that there is video surveillance. I did not apply to IK-3 with a request to provide the video, because I am sure that the IR administration was the initiator of this dirty trick. And if I asked for the video, they would definitely delete it. Although I’m sure that they did it right away, and without my “tips”, ”said the human rights activist.
