The court again arrested the property of the ex-Governor of the White

Judge of the Basmanny District Court of Moscow Arthur Karpov imposed security arrest on the property of the ex-governor of the Kirov region Nikita Belykh, accused of corruption. This is reported by Interfax.

The investigator in court asked to impose security arrest on the property of the White in order to execute a possible sentence regarding the fine and other penalties, including civil lawsuits. The court arrested a 2011 car, a two-room apartment in Perm, purchased in the 1990s, a share in another apartment in Perm, as well as 400 thousand rubles in the bank accounts of the White.

At the same time, the investigator did not petition the arrest of the land and houses in the Odintsovo district of the Moscow Region, which he asked to arrest for the first time. "After initiating a criminal case, the land plot and a garden house were re -registered to the former wife of the White. The legitimacy of this transaction is now being specified, but there are no grounds for the arrest of this property at the moment," the investigator said.

On October 12, the Moscow City Court canceled the arrest imposed on the property of the White and his ex -wife Ella. The sewn -in claimed that this property was not received by criminal means. According to the Belykh lawyer Vadim Prokhorov, one of the Perm apartments was received in 1972 by his parents.

"The only thing that is good in this case is is clearly justified doubts in the entire version of the investigation that our client was engaged in criminal activity, if you look at all the property that they could arrest in the case," then Prokhorov said.

On June 24, the whites were detained in the Moscow bar - as the TFR claimed, when receiving a bribe in the amount of 400 thousand euros. The next day, the official was arrested until August 24 ( responses ).

Part 6 of Article 290 of the Criminal Code (receiving a bribe on an especially large scale) of the whites threatens up to 15 years in the colony.

The official himself does not admit guilt, calling the initiation of the case against him a setup. For some time he held a hunger strike in a pre -trial detention center. At the same time, the arrested emphasized that he did not consider his persecution politically motivated.

On July 28, Vladimir Putin removed Belykh from his post "Due to the loss of trust." As Prokhorov reported, the arrested "with understanding relates to the need for this step."

On August 22, the Basmanny District Court of Moscow extended the white period of detention in the Lefortovo pre -trial detention center for four months, until December 24. Lawyers of Prokhorov and Oksana Mikhalkina insisted on the transfer of the White under house arrest or release 28 million rubles. However, the judge took the side of the investigator and the prosecutor.
