Apartments and accounts of the whites were arrested

The Basmanny Court of Moscow arrested the property of the former governor of the Kirov region Nikita Belykh, who is detained on charges of corruption. It is reported by Interfax .

“Satisfying the investigation: to impose a security arrest on the property of the White in order to ensure the future sentence and a possible civil lawsuit,” said Judge Arthur Karpov.

The investigation asked the court to impose the security arrest on the property of the ex-governor to execute the sentence in terms of the collection of the fine. The investigator, in particular, asked to arrest two White apartments in Perm, the Nissan car, as well as bank accounts with the remnants of funds available on them.

“When the arrest of this property of the whites will not be deprived of their place of residence. I also ask you to introduce a copy of the Poles passport, where its registration at the place of residence is indicated. There is a hiring agreement for this apartment, ”the investigator said.

At the same time, the investigation did not ask the court to arrest the land and the suburban house of the White in the Odintsovo district of the Moscow Region, to which it asked to impose an arrest earlier.

On October 12, the Moscow City Court abolished the arrest of property and accounts of the White, thus satisfying a complaint of the lawyers of the former governor and his former wife Ella. Lawyers presented documents, from which it follows that part of the arrested property belongs to the former wife of the Belykh. It was arrested in early August.

Nikita Belykh was detained in a Moscow restaurant on June 24, the next day he was arrested by the court. According to investigators, he received € 400 thousand for the support of the Novovytsk Ski plant and a forestry management company. At the end of July, Russian President Vladimir Putin resigned in connection with the loss of confidence.
