Another truck driver fined
On November 12, the Khimki city court fined Mikhail Kurbatov, the second of the truckers detained the day before during a rally against Platon, a thousand rubles under part 1 of article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses. This was reported to OVD-Info by human rights activist Alla Frolova.
She also said that the judge regarded the corrections in the protocol drawn up by the police as technical errors and did not attach any importance to them.
