In November, the book “The History of Moscow Houses told by their inhabitants”, on which two former journalists of the Big City, was published in November, was published in November - Ethnologist Dmitry Oparin and photographer Anton Akimov. The book, published in the framework of the Moscow Museum of Museum, tells about twenty-five residential capital houses built from the 17th century to the 1920s. Each chapter is devoted to one house - they collect different materials: the history of the building, memories of residents, archival documents and photographs. At the very end of the 18th century, Count Fedor Tolstoy built a two -story estate, from which only a stone skeleton remained after the fire of 1812. In 1815, he bought a house and in two years restored a native of the Yaroslavl village of merchant Andrei Karzinkin. At the beginning of the 20th century, people told different stories about him. The collector of urban folklore Evgeny Baranov wrote in 1925 the words of Malyar Andrei Stepanovich: “The man is a famous Kozinkin, once thundered. And he was a special person. There was such a custom, such an order in his house started: so that not a single thing leaves his house, even some kind of trifling nonsense, so that it would not go through people <...> Cartuza is greasy, it is time to put on a new one. He will put it on, and this old will bury in the ground - let him rot. And to give the beggar to give, so it is God save. He will buy a new cartuzik <...>. His grandson Andrei traded tea in the old Gostiny Dvor, served as a deputy of the city assembly, was friends with Alexander Ostrovsky and arranged musical and theatrical evenings at his house on Pokrovsky Boulevard. And the great-grandson of Alexander held the position of director of the trade and industrial partnership of the Yaroslavl large manufactory, was married to the ballerina of the Bolshoi Theater Adelaide Juri and was listed as the head of the Church of three saints on the Kulishki, located in the neighboring small Trekhoviteli Lane. When in 1928 the authorities decided to close the temple, the Karzinkin's spouses were the first signed in a letter in defense of the church.

In 1899, the sister of Alexander Karzinkina, the artist Elena Andreevna married the writer Nikolai Telesheva and moved to her husband for Chistoprudny Boulevard. Nikolai Teloshev was known as the organizer of the Literary circle "Wednesday", at the meetings of which Gorky, Bunin, Serafimovich, Andreev read their works. In 1913, the Teleshovs finally settled in the parental house of Elena Andreevna on Pokrovsky Boulevard, where writers' evenings moved with them. “On Great Saturday,” Elena TeleSheva wrote in her diary, “we moved to Pokrovsky Boulevard. The spring was very good. Tulips and daffodils bloomed in the garden. ”

"Cursed days"

Elena TeleSheva left a record about the first days of the revolution: “On October 27, we had dined Bunina and N.N. Alekseev. When they left, Julius said on the phone that shooting had begun. 28, 29, 30, the shooting continued in the distance and at Khitrov. From the first, shooting from <...> guns directly through us began. We hung all the windows and forced the doors. I sat at home and sewed Sergey pillow. In the evenings, and all the Sashins and Lizanka scored in Colin’s office. The glow stood above the Kremlin. At night, we were on duty in turn. ”

At the very beginning of the “Cursed Days”, Ivan Bunin describes one of his last visits to the Teleshovy house: “Yesterday was at a meeting of“ Wednesday ”. There were a lot of “young”. Statement

After the revolution, the estate was divided into communal apartments, leaving TwoShev two rooms. The 1930 statement was preserved from the unknown Vasin, who lived on a hodgepodge in house No. 3 and claimed the Trozhevs Square: “Korsinkin is a former householder, lives in his former house, occupying the entire apartment No. 15 with a useful area <...> with his Maleshev’s son -in -law. I claim 1 from the rooms of this apartment. I ask the court to solve this case from the place of inspection, the life of one side and the other. I live in sq.: Square 31.3 m. This room is occupied by 3 families: I, Vasin, wife and child, Babkina and her daughter, Trishkina with her sister, have 4.47 m, there is nowhere to put a bed for a child who has to sleep with his parents and 2 adults on the floor ... "

Apartment

The mansion on Pokrovsky Boulevard is the only house in Moscow, in which several generations of one family have been living for almost 200 years (since 1817). Now the anfilad of 6 rooms is occupied by the family of the grandson of the writer Nikolai Teleshev Vladimir: his widow Tatyana with children. The house houses a travel company, a notary office, the Moscow city and regional branches of VOOPIK and the restaurant "Dacha on Pokrovka". Drevolutionary interiors have been preserved almost everywhere. “The first impression was completely awesome,” recalls Tatyana TeleSheva. -Everything was forced to under the ceiling with some junk, without which the apartment cannot be thought at all. We raked a lot and found so many items, the purpose of which we did not even know. There are still unusual paths. Everything was organic, which lived here, then it should continue to live here. ”
