The court fined seven participants in the truck driver rally in Khimki

The Khimki City Court fined seven participants in the protest against the Platon toll system for heavy trucks, OVD-Info reports . Protocols were drawn up against all seven of them under Part 1 of Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (disobedience to the order of a police officer).

Truckers Sergei Rudametkin, Mikhail Kurbatov, Nikolai Katsurov and Vladimir Sinitsin were fined one thousand rubles, Dmitry Lazarenko - 500 rubles.

Detained local resident Ivan Gushchin, who brought food to truckers, and volunteer Igor Melnikov were also fined one thousand rubles.

For another night, five detainees were left at the police department - Ekaterina Borkova, Olga Reznikova, Elena Filippova, Sergei Werner and Roman Antipkin.

Trucker Sergei Ainbinder will spend the night in the hospital - doctors found glass fragments in his stomach. The previous day, Einbinder had cut his face and hands while protesting his detention , and had probably swallowed glass. The activist arrived at the parking lot to support Khimki truckers. His trial will take place on November 13.

On November 11, in the parking lot of the Mega Khimki shopping center, participants in a protest against Platon were detained, who hung themed flags and posters on their cars. Among those detained were a film crew from the Dozhd TV channel, as well as Novaya Gazeta correspondent Dmitry Rebrov. They were later released from the police.
