On November 15, the International Memorial (Karetny Ryad, 5/10) will host a presentation of the report "Institutions and Practices of Authoritarian Consolidation. Political Development of Russia. 2014-2016" as part of the Liberal Mission Foundation's project. Start at 18:30.
The second report, prepared by a team of authors edited by Kirill Rogov (the previous one was published in mid-2014 and covered the period from the presidential elections of 2012 to the spring of 2014) is devoted to the "post-Crimean" period in the political development of Russia and examines the mechanisms and institutions of authoritarian consolidation - the tightening of the political regime in Russia in the context of growing economic and foreign policy instability.
