In 15 minutes, I traced the path of the money confiscated by the operas from the defenders of the Torfyanka park. Why shouldn't the patriarch do the same?

Once upon a time there were two sisters, two very old grandmothers. Their father was an enemy of the people, so the family was expelled from Moscow, and they never returned there. Nina Petrovna settled in Tula, and Lyudmila Petrovna settled in Dolgoprudny. Lyudmila Petrovna was married, raised children and grandchildren, worked as an engineer at Mosenergo. And Nina Petrovna, also an energy engineer, did not immediately develop a personal life: she lived with the joys and sorrows of her sister's family, although she met a wonderful person, artist Yuri P., a landscape painter who loved to paint in Yasnaya Polyana. I saw several of his works, they are very good, but Nina Petrovna did not officially marry. But in 2012, Nina Petrovna died. She died in her sleep, calmly, without complaint. A week later, Lyudmila Petrovna also died, by that time she had long been a widow. Lyudmila Petrovna broke her femoral neck, she was operated on, but she died immediately after discharge, the blood clot came off. The family had no rights to Lyudmila Petrovna's apartment in Dolgoprudny - after the death of her grandmother, it turned out that she and her eldest daughter, now also deceased, fell victims of apartment scammers, and it turned out too late. And Nina Petrovna Mikhalchenko had an apartment in Tula on N. Rudneva Street, which was sold in March 2014 by Vladimir Grechaninov, Nina Petrovna's nephew and her legal heir. For the rubles received from the sale of the apartment, dollars were purchased at the rate of 35 rubles. per dollar (there were such times, if you remember).

Why am I telling this? And to the fact that on Monday these dollars were shown all over the country on all televisions and will be shown a hundred more times. As the poet-hymn writer Sergei Mikhalkov wrote in these cases, describing the American dollar as a means of hoarding, “The murderers take you for black deeds, the motherland merchants put you in their pocket.” On TV, the whole country was told how the money of the State Department (yes, this is it), for which corrupt American or some other hirelings took for the sale of the Motherland, settled in the pockets of the so-called fighters for the Torfyanka park. This money - in the amount of 30 thousand dollars - was found during a search in the apartment of retired spouses Marina Verigina and Vladimir Grechaninov on Pechorskaya Street in Moscow. At Marina and Vladimir the search lasted 14 hours. They took everything they found: computers, gadgets, phones, silverware and money. Then Vladimir was also taken away.

It took me 15 minutes to find out where the family got the money from, find out the details of the buyer of an apartment in Tula, its exact address and details of the biography of the family, which does not hide anything about itself, including from strangers, and on Monday we did not know each other .

In general, Monday turned out to be difficult for the defenders of the Moscow Torfyanka park. The searches took place in the apartments of many activists - the defenders of the park. The investigators arrived at 6 am, accompanied by special forces. Doors were broken, not a single lawyer was allowed to be searched, the investigators brought witnesses with them, they did not allow volunteer neighbors to become witnesses. Then they put whole families in paddy wagons and took them away in an unknown direction, among the detainees were two minors and one elderly woman with a disability.

What do we have in the intermediate result? Hysteria on TV, administrative case under Art. 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses in relation to Vladimir Grechaninov, 66 years old, (failure to comply with the legal requirements of law enforcement officers: the husband and wife talked to each other and moved around during the 14-hour search). Late in the evening, investigators took Vladimir away to spend the night in a monkey house - no, no one can say why, and also what is the public danger of this couple. A criminal case has been opened on the fact of a crime - under Art. 148 (insulting the feelings of believers), and according to other information, there is Art. 282 (extremism).

However, you have probably already read and heard about it. And about how, a few days before the search, the Patriarch said that the protection of the Torfyanka park is a screen that is used in the political struggle. And that responses must be principled.

Well, here they are - these fundamental response actions, which, apparently, are designed to make citizens fall in love with the holy cross and Orthodoxy bequeathed to us by our grandfathers. As well as autocracy and nationality (you can’t throw words out of the trinity of words).

And I'll tell you this: we are fine with the nationality. On Monday morning, a group of people who knew each other and did not know each other was spontaneously created, many of whom were unaware of the existence of the Torfyanka park. We exchanged information and phones of neighbors, kept in touch with journalists, coordinated lawyers with whom no one talked about the fee, and they did not ask (we will pay from public money specially reserved for this). Relatives and friends of the park's defenders joined us. From time to time, impossibly touching dialogues arose when the lawyer transmitted to the chat the request of one of the detainees to find his daughter. And it turned out that she had been with us for a long time, then a conversation began through a lawyer - in general, about love in the family, about respect and mutual understanding ... us or them. In such stories, faith, of course, is strengthened. For example, mine has become very strong: I believe in people and in the future of the country even more. And the madness will pass.
