But controllers do not always share enthusiasm of passengers, sometimes they are rude and rude. They do not understand that Charlotte did not just go to ride.

Charlotte is an ordinary mongrel of an extraordinary fate. A year ago, she froze in the November puddle in the city of Zheleznodorozhny. But a kind person could not pass by the unfortunate brown lump. And Shaya hit the overexposure. And then Christina appeared. Her, Charlottin, Christina. And a new extraordinary life.

Charlotte and her mistress Kristina Frolova is a real pet-team, volunteers of the project “Not just Dogs”. Both are young, positive and very responsible and seriously approaching business. Christina is only 18 years old, she is a warden of the first honey, the future pharmacist. I dreamed about the dog for many years, but the family - convinced catsers, did not want to hear about the dog, until they were convinced of the seriousness of the Christine approach. Kristina purposefully searched for the shelter and overexposure of the mongrel. I wanted to prove to everyone that “just dogs” are the best, unusual and talented. I sorted out the photos for several months until I saw Charlotte, I immediately realized that she was. The same dog dog. When she looks into the eyes and pokes her nose in you, not one, even the most convinced feline, can not resist and not to bury her soft ears. The whole Christinin family, including two mustachioed cat faces, surrendered to the charm of the ball.

Christina learned about the activities of therapist dogs from social networks. The fund was looking for new volunteers, and Christina decided to try to show Charlotte. Charlotte passed the general course of training, receiving 96 out of 100 possible points.

And a day after the brilliant selection of the girls, the girls went to the first task - to visit the boy Dima, the ward of the Moscow Hospice.

Christina believes that Charlotte intuitively feels how to communicate with different people. She immediately realized that Dima could not get up, and she approached herself, put her head in her arms, tickled her velvet nose and silk tongue. A huge number of scientific research prove the effectiveness of therapy with the help of animals - it improves the emotional state, helps to awake motor activity, and develop fine motor skills. This is noted by both the volunteers of the PET project and medical specialists who always accompany patients during the visit of dog-therapists.

Charlotte intuitively feels how to communicate with different people

Dogs-therapists go to visit lonely grandparents, to patients with hospice, for children in orphanages and many others who want to see them.

Recently, the fund launched an educational program. RET-teams (dog and master) come to schools, kindergartens and libraries, study with children, talk about animals, shelters and responsible attitude. One of the first lessons at the fourth -graders was entrusted to conduct Charlotte.

“The children were completely different, someone was afraid of the dogs, closed all, someone built a dog handler, someone just rejoiced at Charlotte, listened carefully to me and was very interested,” says Christina. - I tried to explain that the dog is serious, it is a responsibility. She talked about how dogs are, what they can do for us, what we can do for them, about veterinarians, about sports with dogs. When the ball and I left, the parents of other junners asked in their classes to conduct the same lesson with a specially trained tiger dog. ” The tiger sharu is called for brown color with red striped tan. The Tiger Dog even has its own VKontakte diary.

A trip to the library to people with mental characteristics of development is the third task of Charlotte. The Center for Social Security "Troitsky" has gathered its adults special wards. The opportunity to play with a dog together, to read and tell each other their stories about dogs for such people is an excellent socialization and the opportunity to find new friends. Many at a meeting with Charlotte saw each other for the first time, although they live in the neighborhood. Well, Charlotte is such a job - to unite and delight people - for pleasure. Yes, and to listen to different books, she is not used to. Christina and her younger brother often read the ball at home. Most of all, she likes to listen to fairy tales and textbooks on literature and history, and from the mathematics and biochemistry of Charlotte, according to the hostess, she sadly goes away on the rug.

Thanks to the “not just dogs” project, uniform dogs from the shelters get the opportunity not only to find the owners, but also to help single people. After careful selection and training of dogs from the shelter, they go to visit the elderly in hospices and the nursing home, orphans, disabled people in boarding schools, come to classes in schools and libraries.

Now more than 30 volunteer teams participate in the project, and in the near future there will be even more.

The Help Foundation collects money for the administrative needs of Pet - the salary of an accountant, coordinator and taxes, without this, the PET fund cannot exist.
