FSIN: Ildar Dadin fought with a cellmate

The Federal Penitentiary Service claims that between the activist Ildar Dadin and his neighbor in the cell in the colony of the city of Segezh, a fight "on household grounds" took place.

As stated in the Republic of Karelia, the FSIN Office , Dadin "received an abrasion in the lip area", and the second convicted person - "numerous head injuries."

There is no independent confirmation of the report of the fight between the convicts.

Ildar Dadin - an opposition activist convicted of imprisonment under an article on repeated violations at rallies - in letters from the colony published in early November, complained about systematic mockery and torture in the colony. After that, the colony was visited by human rights activists and the Commissioner for Human Rights Tatyana Moskalkova. The Investigative Committee conducts an audit, the leadership of the colony denies the facts of torture.
