The wife of the convicted person for violation of the legislation on rallies of activist Ildar Dadina Anastasia Zotova spoke about her husband’s conflict with a cellmate. She wrote about this on Facebook.
According to Zotova, a citizen of Uzbekistan was put in the same camera with Dadin. She explained that “at some point” the cellmate began to speak sharply to the activist, after which “he cut his lip, grabbed his neck, tried to fill up the floor.”
She noted that the administration was inactive until Dadin began to resist.
Earlier, the Federal Penitentiary Service said that Dadin had a fight with a cellmate after a “verbal skirmish” on household grounds. It was noted that the activist received an abrasion in the lip region, and the second participant in the conflict - “numerous” head injuries.
The RIA Novosti source in the law enforcement agencies stated that the cause of the fight was a boiler, and Dadin was the first to start the conflict.
Dadin complained about regular beatings in IK-7 in Karelia on November 1. He said that the institution “has a whole mafia” from most employees IK-7.
The FSIN Office said that they applied force to the activist because he “in a rude form” refused to leave the camera and take a position for a search. SK began checking the incident.
In 2015, Dadina sentenced to three years in prison. He is the first Russian convicted under Article 212.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (repeated violation of the established procedure for organizing or holding a meeting, rally, demonstration, procession or picket).
