
Rosselkhozbank is negotiating one of the towers in the Moscow City business center. Representatives of three consulting and one investment companies told RBC about this.
The transaction is estimated at 12 billion rubles. According to Knight Frank analysts, it can be the largest office real estate in the market for the year. RBC calculated that the purchase will pay off in about ten years.
We are talking about buying a tower in the IQ-Quarter complex, which belongs to the Glaz Development company. Rosselkhozbank plans to purchase a 34-story tower with an area of 44.3 thousand square meters.
It is specified that the transaction is not yet closed.
Earlier, Vedomosti reported that the Ministry of Agriculture plans to reduce financial support for the Rosselkhozbank from 10 billion rubles to 5 billion rubles in 2017.
In October 2015, the Rosselkhozbank entered the top ten systemically significant banks in Russia.
