But the era was broken, and Ramzan, who was so enthusiastically welcomed by the new postcracus times, feels these changes more acutely than others, much more law -abiding and accommodating regional leaders.

Law-abiding and accommodating for the masses they silently accept the postcrymic cutting of the budget, sometimes trying to quietly solve issues and retreating when in Moscow they clearly and irritably say that there is no money. Kadyrov, who is not used to refusals, constantly appeals to Putin and complains about ministers. Putin always meets and distributes instructions, ministers are clinging, and, in accordance with the rules of this long game, which began in the midst of the Crimean Spring, Ramzan Akhmatovich either calms down for a while, then again goes on the attack.

One of the "chips", which he constantly presents to the authorities, is the transfer of 100% of the shares "Chechenneftechimprom" to the republic. The enterprises of the closed and hardly successful, but since all local hydrocarbons belong to Rosneft, nothing still comes out with the nationalization of these assets by Kadyrov.
