Police searched the apartments of activists who opposed the construction of the temple in the Moscow Park "Torfyanka". Activist of “Other Russia” Oleg Mironov, who sprayed pepper gas at the concert of Andrei Makarevich in September 2014, was beaten in a colony. According to the party members, the deputy head of the educational part of the Mordovian colony IK-4, Romanov struck several strong blows at Mironov’s feet for poor charging. The Presidium of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation canceled the verdict in the Kirovles case against Alexei Navalny and Pyotr Officerov. In July 2013, on charges of embezzlement of property by Kirovles (Article 160 of Part 4 of the Criminal Code using Article 33 of Part 3), they were sentenced by the Lenin court of the city of Kirov to five and four years in prison, respectively, later the punishment was replaced with conditional. On February 23, 2016, the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg did not consider the Kirovles case political, but recognized the violation of Navalny and Officer to a fair trial (Article 6 of the European Convention on Human Rights).

The coordinator of the Voice-Siberia Foundation Alexei Petrov was fired from the post of deputy dean of the historical faculty of Irkutsk State University. According to Petrov, he was fired after a complaint of the coordinator of the Irkutsk branch of the NOD Sergey Poznikov to the Irkutsk prosecutor's office for his numerous absenteeism. The Ombudsman in the Irkutsk region Valery Lukin previously stated that Petrov did not violate labor legislation, since "the law does not provide for an insolvent stay in the walls of the university." Petrov intends to appeal the dismissal in court.
