We knew that this would happen sooner or later. We were waiting for this. We wrote literally in the last issue that economic and economic repressions became an instrument of state governance. We warned: immigrants from the most powerful and most terrible department of the USSR, KGB, occupied not only command heights, but control all the most important cash flows: gas, oil, telecommunications, financial sphere, television channels and media holdings - everything is in the hands of people in uniforms or the immediate environment of the president, and all are absolutely uncontrollably. There is not a single institution, not a single civil organization that would control the activities of the FSB, the National Guard and others like them.

On November 14, 2016, it became clear: the main repressive body of the country is not controlled by the office on Lubyanka and not from the main office in the Kremlin - from the house on the Sofia embankment, where the largest state oil company Rosneft is located with more than three trillion rubles. and appropriate possibilities for this. In other words, it happened - no, not fraining power and business, which the publicists were endlessly worried about - the repressive apparatus with the richest state company of the country occurred. Recall: only the institution of the state and its structures, which are familiar with "law enforcement", have the right to legitimate violence. That is, to take how on November 14, the federal minister under the white hands, to search, detain, take it to court, to charge and ask for a preventive measure, which is somehow related to the restriction of freedom. If an ordinary person from the street twists you and takes you to a certain house with or without bars, then this person thereby violates the Criminal Code and can be convicted of illegally holding a person. But power - therefore, the power that has the right to actions that influence, change, including against their will, the behavior of people. On November 14, it turned out that the employees of a certain oil company who worked in the past at the FSB and had epaulets on their shoulders, it is unclear for what reasons the state’s rights took upon themselves ( more actors ). And this can happen tomorrow with any and everyone. By the evening of the same day, when the president, without waiting for the investigation and the court, fired his minister “in connection with the loss of confidence”, and the media went in the media that the next on the list were two deputy prime ministers, it became clear: we witnessed the capture of the institution of the state of one of his commercial companies. How far the process went, it will become clear in the first two weeks of December, when the Rosneft NK will transfer the money to the budget for the Rosneft package she had bombarded or - no. In the political theory of this kind, it is customary to name corporate states: the ideologist of such a state was, for example, Benitto Mussolini (theory - see corporate state 2.0 ). It is he who belongs to the winged phrase: "Everything inside the state, no one outside the state, no one against the state."
