The materials of the case "Kirovles" went to court again

The materials in the case of Alexei Navalny and Pyotr Officer about fraud in the Kirovles company, the verdict of which was canceled, again entered the Leninsky District Court of Kirov.

Navalny’s lawyer Olga Mikhailova told Interfax that his consideration may begin before the New Year.

The director of the Corruption Fund Roman Rubanov wrote on his Twitter that the case was consideration by Judge Alexei Vtyurin.

On November 16, the Supreme Court of Russia canceled the decision of the lower instance in the Kirovles case, taking into account the decision of the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR), which the convicts complained.

In August, Navalny appealed to the Supreme Court of Russia with a request to revise the verdict in the Kirovles case, according to which he received five years of conditional terms in October 2013. The application was submitted in connection with the decision of the ECHR, which indicated the connection between the verdict and the anti -corruption activities of Navalny.
