In the evening in Moscow, on Lodochnaya Street, at about 18:00, an activist and opponent of the development of the park, Sergey Zavorotnykh, was detained. After he asked the builders to show permits, a police squad arrived. This was reported to OVD-Info by a friend of the activist, Yevgenia Averyanova.
The police officers who arrived immediately handcuffed the activist and laid him on the hood of the official car, while breaking the activist's phone.
Sergei Zavorotnykh was taken to the South Tushino police department, he underwent a medical examination (for the presence of alcohol intoxication), after which an administrative protocol was drawn up against him for disobeying the lawful demands of police officers (part 1 of article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses).
The activist was released from the police, the trial is scheduled for November 24, 11:00.
upd. 22:00 As Sergei Zavorotnykh himself later told OVD-Info, after he left the police department and came home, it turned out that at about 21:00 the police came to his house. The employees wanted to take some explanations from the activist.
