Verification of the expenditure of funds by the leadership of the "Sparrow Mountains" was carried out by the financial control service of the Department of Education of the Moscow City Hall from May 12 to August 15, 2016 and covered expenses from January 1, 2015 to March 31, 2016. Events

Six episodes were revealed when the state contracts concluded later on the events: the Vorobyovs Gory on November 23, 2015 organized the Feast of Star Children together with the Academy of Sports Irina Viner, and on December 15, 2015, the Ball of Young Athletes. A few hundred thousand rubles were written off from the Sparrow Mountains account as daily for young chess players for trips to training camps and competitions of various levels. The telephone survey of dozens of parents conducted by the auditors showed that children did not receive this money on trips. The Vorobyovy Mountains could not provide documents confirming the costs of traveling chess players GBPOU for tournaments to Greece and Croatia: “The institution proposed to confirm these expenses in the amount of 1,491,512 rubles, or restore this amount on the personal account,” the audit said.

For example, 1,223,617 rubles were allegedly spent on caring for garden tiles, which have not yet been built at that time.

The verification materials described a lot of outbuildings at all, for which it was paid, but which could not be according to economic standards.

For example, in February 2016, Vorobyovy Gory was paid by OOO Trust Zelenstroy-7 291 thousand rubles, 174 rubles for work that could not be performed at this time of the year: loosening the frozen snow (should be carried out in March-April), sweeping tracks (provided from April to October), Wrong Wall (March-October), washing garbage containers (April-October), sweeping stairs and scrapping of dirt from them (April-October). In March, work that did not correspond to this time of the year in Moscow was paid for a little less than 40 thousand rubles: smoking of rose bushes with soil leveling, wiping with a wet rag of sandboxes and so on.

"The institution does not present metal fences with a simple pattern, with a total area of 8,755.00 m2, respectively, the performance of the estimating and cleaning of fences in the amount of 87,452.10 rubles is not confirmed," the verification materials noted.

According to the documents, the Zelenstroy-7 Trust LLC was taken from the territory of the Sparrow Mountains in February 2016 918 cubic meters of snow, and according to the Chop, which controls the entry of cars to the territory of the educational institution, only 594 cubic meters of snow could be taken out by Zelenstroy-7. In 2015, Vorobyovy Gory and Zelenstroy-7 concluded 34 contracts for 7 million 218 thousand 696 rubles. The state procurement, in which violations were identified, were mainly approved by the director Andrei Shashkov or his deputy, Olga Korovatskaya. After the audit, they were dismissed from the Sparrow Mountains, but not from the capital's education system.

Korovatskaya now acts as the director of the GBOU "Palace of Creativity of Children and Youth at the Miussi" - a large structure of additional education, which includes children's palaces "on the Miuses" and "in a clearing". Andrei Shashkov headed the GBOU "Center for Military-Patriotic and Civil Education"-the main programs of military-patriotic education of young Muscovites are tied to the center. Recently, the center was instructed to develop the metropolitan department of the Unarmia.
