Prisoner of the Segezha colony No. 7, Ildar Dadin, was transferred to solitary confinement after a fight with a cellmate. This was stated by the representative of the Federal Penitentiary Service (FSIN) in Karelia Vitaly Fefelov.
“Dadin and his cellmate were given a disciplinary sanction in the form of placement in a PKT (a cell-type room. - Meduza), TASS quoted him as saying. According to Fefelov, conditions in the PKT are milder than in a punishment cell.
