In July, the Prosecutor General of Ukraine Yuriy Lutsenko said that the cases of 19 "Berkutovites" involved in the executions of the Maidan were transferred to court . Six of them are in custody. The affairs of 13 more people are at the stage of pre -trial investigation, five of them were arrested. According to Lutsenko, soon these cases will also be transferred to court.

Another 36 people are wanted and will be convicted in absentia. "I also assume the transfer of this prosecution in court this year," said the Prosecutor General.
