Russneft conducted an IPO for 32 billion rubles

The company placed about 58.8 million securities at 550 rubles per share. The specified volume corresponds to 20% of the authorized capital.

The market capitalization of ordinary shares of Russneft as a result of placement amounted to 161.8 billion rubles. Initially, it was estimated at 144-176 billion rubles, taking into account the price of the price of paper - 490-600 rubles; Later, the range was increased to 540-600 rubles.

Rusneft previously said that after IPO they intend to buy three oil assets in the Orenburg region from their main shareholder Mikhail Gutseriev for $ 270 million. According to Forbes magazine, Gutseriev’s state is $ 5.9 billion, it takes 16th place in the ranking of the richest businessmen of Russia.
