On November 26, it turns 27 years old Alexander Kolchenko - political prisoner, one of the Ukrainian hostages in Russia.
Kolchenko is a Simferopoltic activist of the anarchist and anti -fascist movement. Convicted to 10 years of strict regime on fabricated charges of terrorism. He is serving a term in IK-6 in Kopeisk, a suburbs of Chelyabinsk.
In the same case, in August 2015, Ukrainian film director Oleg Sentsov was convicted by the age of 20. He was declared commander of the sabotage and terrorist group.
Kolchenko was found guilty under part 2 of Article 205.4 (participation in the terrorist community) and paragraph "a" of part 2 of Article 205 of the Russian Criminal Code (preparation for the terrorist attack as part of an organized group). It was announced proven that Kolchenko was in the diversion-terrorist group of the Right Sector and participated in the arson of the Simferopol headquarters of United Russia. The activist in court confirmed participation in this action, but categorically did not agree with the qualifications of it as a terrorist attack, and also rejected the prosecution under article 205.4.
In the spring of this year, the Ministry of Justice at the request of Kyiv instructed the FSIN to prepare packages of documents for extradition to the homeland of Sentsov and Kolchenko. In April, they filled out all the documents necessary for issuing . In October, the Ministry of Justice of Russia said that the issuance of Sentsov and Kolchenko is impossible, since after the annexation of Crimea both allegedly received Russian citizenship.
