Two detained defenders of Torfyanka are left to spend the night at the police station

Two opponents of the development, Vadim Ozhogin and Mikhail Barbotkin, who were detained on the afternoon of November 27 in the Torfyanka park, are being taken from the Losinoostrovsky police station to the Severnoye Medvedkovo police station, where they are going to stay overnight. A protocol was drawn up against Barbotkin under Article 20.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (petty hooliganism), against Ozhogin also under Article 20.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses and part 5 of Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (violation by a participant of a public event of the procedure for holding it). Murcia Rylova, the third detainee, was charged with petty hooliganism (20.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) and was released home.
