Judge of the Moscow City Court Sergey Gruzdev extended the defendant of the swamp case to Dmitry Buchenkov, the detention period in the pre -trial detention center until March 6, 2017. This was reported by the correspondent of "faces" from the courtroom. The hearings were held in the Moscow City Court, since the district courts on charges with an incriminated politicalese have the right to extend the arrests for a period of only up to a year - then the court of the region already resolves such issues. Meanwhile, the year of detention in the imprisonment of Buchenkov on December 2 expires.
The petition for the extension of the arrest, signed by the head of the Investigative Committee of the Investigative Committee of the Investigative Committee of the Swamp in Bolotnaya, Rustam Gabdullin, was represented by investigator Alexander Uranov, who was directly involved in the Buchenkov case. The TFR, among other things, argued thatthe end of the investigation in the case "does not contradict the possibility (accused. - Ed.) To destroy material evidence."
Oleg Karasev, senior prosecutor of the Prosecutor General’s Office, supported the petition of the Investigation Department.
The lawyer of Politzek Svetlana Sidorkina sought the transfer of Buchenkov under house arrest at the place of registration - in the apartment belonging to the Politzek in the Aprelevka near Moscow. However, judge Gruzdev ignored the arguments of the defense.
At the same time, the judge introduced to the case of all the materials represented by Sidorkina only another positive characteristic. This time, the characteristic was made up by a professor who was a scientific director when Buhenkov’s writing a candidate dissertation.
The conclusion of the psychologist Vladimir Rubashny, which proved that there was no need for the arrest of the accused, Gruzdev refused to introduce him to the case, saying that the court decides on the feasibility of detention. The judge refused to introduce a portrait examination to the case, confirming that the photo in the case file is not depicted by Buchenkov, who did not participate in the action on Bolotnaya, but another person.
Familiarization with the case officially began on October 28. Politsyk studies materials for five days a week.
Meanwhile, as it turned out at the hearing, Sidorkina prevents the case of the case materials. She planned to start familiarization on November 7, because before this deadline she was busy with other cases. However, in the three weeks that have passed since then, Uranov has not ensured the lawyer's access to the materials. At the trial, he explained the red tape with his workload.
Meanwhile, observers suspect that in reality the TFR prevents Sidorkina in familiarization in order to hide the falsified examinations and thereby deprive the defender of the opportunity to prepare their refutations.
The lawyer said that in connection with the actions of Uranov, she filed an application addressed to Gabdullin and chairman of the Investigative Committee of Alexander Bastrykin.
Also, at the hearing on Monday, Uranov called the names of five "victims" in the case. Among them were the security forces who passed the "victims" or witnesses on episodes imputed by other swamps. So, an employee of the 2nd operational regiment of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Moscow Denis Moiseev was a “victim” in the case of Sergey Krivov, policeman Ivan Kruglov in the case of Andrei Barabanov, and riot police Sergey Markov - a witness in the case of Barabanov.
The 38-year-old associate professor of political science and a participant in the anarchist movement Buchenkov is charged with the standard part 1 of Article 318 (the use of non-hazardous violence to a representative of the authorities) and part 2 of Article 212 of the Criminal Code (participation in riots). According to the plot of the case, on May 6, 2012, on Bolotnaya Square, the accused attacked the police and turned street toilets.
In total, six episodes are charged with Buchenkov - this is more than other defendants in the case. "Victims" in the case seven: six policemen and employee of the company "Ecuniversal".
Meanwhile, in fact, Buchenkov at the May holidays was with his parents in Nizhny Novgorod and returned to Moscow only late in the evening of May 6.
Politzek does not admit guilt.
