Torfyanka Park activists who spent the night in the police department are left for another day

detainees Vadim Ozhogin and Mikhail Barbotkin, on November 27, who were opposed to the development of the Torfyanka park in Moscow, were left in the Severnoye Medvedkovo police department for the second day. On November 28, the trial was supposed to take place, but it was postponed to the next day, because the police officers who detained the activists were unable to attend the trial. This was reported to OVD-Info by one of the detainees by phone.

Vadim Ozhogin, Mikhail Barbotkin and Mursia Rylova were detained on the afternoon of November 27, after which Ozhogin and Barbotkin spent the night in the police department. A protocol was drawn up against Barbotkin for petty hooliganism (Article 20.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses), against Ozhogin also under Art. 20.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses and a violation by a participant of a public event of the procedure for holding it (part 5 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses), Murcia Rylova was accused of petty hooliganism (article 20.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) and was allowed to go home.
