Olga Malysheva, a 60-year-old resident of Kaliningrad, who took part in the picket on October 16 with a poster with a crossed-out image of Vladimir Putin, was summoned for an interview at Center E. As Malysheva told OVD-Info, on the afternoon of November 28, a police officer came to her house, who told her that they were waiting for her for a conversation on the morning of November 29. Malysheva did not receive an official agenda.
During the conversation, the police officer mentioned that Malysheva was born in Germany and asked her if she had dual citizenship. In addition, he asked her about the transfer of funds for the election campaign of Lev Shlosberg, a candidate for the Pskov Legislative Assembly from the Yabloko party, who was later expelled from the local Duma.
A police officer came to Malysheva's house after she returned from the court, which considered her case under Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses - on violation of the procedure for holding a public event. The police considered that Malysheva's poster with Putin's face crossed out and the inscription "No to war" did not correspond to the theme of the agreed-upon picket. However, on November 28, the Central District Court dismissed the administrative case due to the absence of corpus delicti.
