Mikhail Barbotkin and Vadim Ozhogin, who were detained on Sunday, November 27, after two nights in the police department, were taken to the Babushkinsky District Court on the morning of November 29 to consider their administrative cases, opponents of development in Torfyanka Park. Both of them are accused of petty hooliganism, and Ozhogin is also accused of violating the procedure for holding a public event. Both of these articles provide for the possibility of administrative arrest.

Murcia Rylova , who was detained with them, was released after drawing up a protocol on petty hooliganism. Her trial is scheduled for Friday, December 2.

Mikhail Barbotkin was detained on February 27, when he was broadcasting online an action against construction in the park of an Orthodox church. As can be seen in the video, a man in civilian clothes gave orders to detain police officers. When asked by Barbotkin on what basis he was being detained, the police officer said that the detention was being carried out “to check for previously committed crimes in the territory of the city of Moscow.”
