
The co -chair of the RPR -Parnas Boris Nemtsov shortly before his death received threats in connection with political activities, but only one person was afraid of only one person - the head of Chechnya Ramzan Kadyrov. This was stated by a friend of the deceased politician Ilya Yashin in the process of the murder of Nemtsov, the correspondent of the "faces" reports.
“We discussed a lot of safety. He was seriously afraid of only one person - Ramzan Kadyrov,” said Yashin. “Nemtsov considered Kadyrov a bandit, said that his environment was not obeyed by any laws.”
According to Yashin, Nemtsov was a constant object of threats, and all of them were associated with political and professional activities. “Nemtsov was an object of hooligan attacks. They threw an egg in Yaroslavl, threw a toilet at the house,” said Yashin. - Once again, Novovites and Nashists considered Nemtsov hooligans, but he expected the threats of life to the opposition only from Kadyrov. "
The last time Yashin and Nemtsov was discussed by the risks of criticism of the head of Chechnya in August-September 2014. “He then published a video that depicts representatives of the Chechen power structures that cross the border with Ukraine,” Yashin said. “Nemtsov then said that Kadyrov does not like this, there may be problems.”
“At the end of 2014, he said half -heard that some people seem to have been following him. I said that this is Paranoa, probably,” said Yashin.
On Monday, Kadyrov accused his friends of killing Nemtsov . "Nemtsov was never my personal enemy or friend. Our paths did not intersect. He made himself an enemy of Russia - my country. But today's Russia was needed: no one was behind the Nemtsov, he only had boltology. Knowing that Boris Efimovich had no benefit, his friends decided to remove two: they shot Nemtsov. On October 3, in the Moscow District Military Court , hearings on the merits of the Murder of Nemtsov, shot at the Big Moskvoretsky bridge on February 27, 2015, began . The defendants refused to admit guilt.
In the case, five accused - Zaur Dadaev, brothers Anzor and Shadid Gubashev, Tamerlan Eskerkhanov and Khamzat Bakhaev. Each of them has been charged with points "Z", "s" of part 2 of Article 105 (hiring murder as part of an organized group) and part 3 of Article 222 of the Criminal Code (illegal turnover of weapons). The criminal prosecution of another person involved - Beslan Shavanov, who died in March 2015 during a detention in Grozny - was discontinued in connection with his death, that is, on an non -rehabilitating basis.
In separate proceedings, the case was allocated against the Kadyrovsets Ruslan Mukhudinov, who calls the accusation the customer and the organizer of the murder, as well as "other unidentified persons."
It is claimed that at the end of September 2014, Mukhudinov and other persons proposed five accused and Shavanov to kill Nemtsov, promising at least 15 million rubles for this. They accepted the proposal. Dadaev and Shavanov, like Mukhudinov, served in the Kadyrovsky battalion of the North internal troops. Eskerkhanov is a former police officer in Chechnya.
