The court fined the Torfyanka defender detained at the protest
On November 30, the Babushkinsky District Court fined Torfyanka activist Mikhail Barbotkin under Article 20.1 of the Administrative Code (Petty Hooliganism) one thousand rubles. The trial in the case of the second Torfyanka park defender, Vadim Ozhogin, who was also detained on Sunday during a protest against development, has been postponed to December 1, and on Friday, December 2, the court will consider the case of another participant in the protest, pensioner Murcia Rylova. Mikhail Barbotkin reported this to OVD-Info.
Rylova and Ozhogin are accused under Article 20.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses; the latter was also subject to a protocol for violating the procedure for holding a public event - Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses.
