"Talker" with ties to the Ministry of Defense

Serbian nationalist Alexander Shindlach, arrested on suspicion of organizing the seizure of power in Montenegro, recently received the status of a witness by a court decision. The course of the investigation of the “bloody scenario”, which, according to the Montenegrin prosecutor’s office, tried to provoke nationalists from Russia after the election on October 16, depends on his testimony.

Sindlech in private conversations emphasized his role in the events in Ukraine and the "connection" from the Russian Ministry of Defense, and his acquaintances say radio freedom about his passion for profit and inability to serious agreements.

The investigation of the Montenegrin prosecutor’s office attempts by power seizure of power with the participation of Serbian and Russian nationalists still causes disputes in several Balkan countries at once-against the backdrop of a political confrontation in Montenegro itself, where the opposition boycotts the work of a new parliament and government. The main opposition force is the pro -Russian "Democratic Front", considers the "case of an attempt to a coup" completely fabricated in the interests of the ruling democratic party of socialists and its leader Milo Dzhukanovich. At the same time, the prosecutor's office believes that some representatives of Demconts were associated with the conspirators.

The course of the investigation is much dependent on the testimon of the founder of the radical organization "Serbian wolves" Alexander Sindelich. Sindelich has repeatedly talked about his strong ties in Moscow. According to Ukrainian sources, he fought on the side of the separatists in the east of Ukraine.

The Chernogorsky court, who, on the proposal of the prosecutor's office, provided Sindelich with the status of a witness who collaborates with the investigation, believes that "his testimony will help to reveal and prove the crimes in which the criminal group is suspected." Recall that on the night of October 16 in Montenegro, 20 citizens of Serbia were detained, led by a former officer of Serbian gendarmerie Bratislav Dikich, who, as the investigation believes, are involved in the preparation of the Bloody Scenario.

The organizers of the conspiracy, which suggested, among other things, the elimination of ex -Prime Minister Dzhukanovich, are considered Eduard Shirokov and Vladimir Popov - as expected, Russian citizens. According to the investigation, they transferred Sindlech 200 thousand euros to buy weapons and forms of the Montenegrin police. Dressed by the conspirators on the evening of October 16 was supposed to open fire on demonstrators and provoke the assault on parliament in the evening.

In the Balkans, they argue about whether Sindlech, who was originally accused of terrorism, can become a reliable witness in this matter, taking into account his criminal biography. Citizen of Serbia Sinfelich was in Montenegro under circumstances that were not fully clarified and surrendered to the local authorities, expressing his readiness for cooperation. It is not clear what contacts he has in Russia, but he himself emphasized in private conversations that he had ties with the Ministry of Defense. A video of Sindelich’s conversations on Skype appeared in the media, during which he reports his trip to Moscow, contacts with the Russian Ministry of Defense and his conflict with the leader of the Prochrevsky “Czechika movement” Bratislav Zhivkovich, whom he allegedly recommended to participate in the Crimea in 2014.

Video from Skype is the conversations of Sindelich with a political scientist and director of the CEAS Foundation (Serbian-European cooperation) to Ventsislav Buyich presumably in March 2015. The Fund itself, formally - non -governmental research organization, was registered on May 25, 2016 in Belgrade. From the words of Shindlach, it follows that he lost confidence in Zhivkovich and recommended that the Russian military arrest him. By the way, Sindelich made a documentary in which former participants in the “City Movement”, including Serbian militants in the east of Ukraine, talk about the “financial fraud” of Zhivkovich.

Zhivkovich told the Balkan edition of Radio Freedom that "Sindelich a year before the events in the Crimea tried to join the" even movement ", but the audit showed: he is a man of low moral qualities and, moreover, not a purebred Serb." According to Zhivkovichi, he did not meet the criteria of the "City Movement" and was not included in the list of volunteers for sending to the east of Ukraine.

Zhivkovich said, among other things, that his detachment consisted of 15 people who arrived in Lugansk from Russia without any obstacles, with ordinary tourist visas. They were subordinate directly to the President of the so -called Lugansk People's Republic Igor Plotnitsky and received a salary from the LPR budget in the amount of 150-200 euros per month. According to Zhivkovich, from Ukraine he returned with four awards, one of which allegedly handed him the Russian Ministry of Defense.

At the same time, Zhivkovich did not confirm that Sindelich played some role in his participation in the Crimean operation. Ventsislav Buyich , who maintained contacts with Sindlach, considers him "greedy to money" and "unable to fulfill his obligations":

- We talked, including on political topics. Sinfelich is a fairly interesting interlocutor. It seems to me that he often visited Moscow and someone clearly sponsored him, he talked about some projects and tasks. He really adheres to pro -Russian and even glances. But it seems to me that financial interests in any case outweigh his beliefs. When Sindelich told me that he had good ties in the Ministry of Defense and with other law enforcement agencies, to be honest, I did not believe it. I thought he was just bragging. He wanted to take money from me and claimed that in Moscow he has money that he could not withdraw from accounts in Serbia.

I have not talked with him since May 2015. I do not know who he actually works for. It is possible that special services could use it in organizing a coup in Montenegro. But in fact, he is not capable of any serious operations. He cannot fulfill his obligations to the end, which I was convinced of smaller matters, ”Ventsislav Buyich said in an interview with Radio with Radio.

Another acquaintance of Sindlach, a former press secretary of the anti-terrorist unit of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Serbia, Radomir, who recently received a conditional time for participation in the hostilities in eastern Ukraine. In a conversation with Radio, he also expressed doubt about Sindelich's ability to serious operations.

- We met in Moscow, but he did not cause me a desire to continue communication. We did not become friends. Sindelich ascribes to himself much greater merits than he is in reality, he is a kind of narcissistic peacock. He is an notorious limited guy who is not able to organize what he is accused of.

As for the investigation of the so -called attempt by a terrorist attack, this is rather like a smoke curtain, to an attempt to switch the attention of the public. In any serious country, the investigation is kept secret until all the facts are established. The fact that the former commander of the gendarmerie Bratislav Dikich, who is seriously ill with cancer, arises as one of the organizers of the seizure of power, looks extremely frivolous. I think that here we are talking about manipulation.

Sindlech was used, I do not presume to judge who exactly. But he is not gifted with his mind and some qualities that could interest serious structures. He is not even able to control his emotions. According to my reports, he sat for killing two soldiers with whom he quarreled in the army. It can be used, for example, as a cannon fodder or as a sacrificial lamb, but in any case he is a character for a single use, ”said Radomir feels .
