The court arrested the director of Scientific and Technical Center CJSC in the case of embezzlement at the MiG corporation

The Basmanny Court of Moscow arrested for two months the director of Scientific and Technical Center CJSC Alexander Zolin in the case of theft at the MiG aircraft corporation, RAPSI reports .

Earlier, as part of this case, the deputy general director of the Tupolev joint-stock company Yegor Noskov, the former general director of the MiG-Rost company Alexey Ozerov, as well as the executive director of Roscosmos for control and quality Vladimir Evdokimov were arrested.

Investigators qualified the actions of the accused under Part 4 of Article 159 of the Criminal Code (fraud on an especially large scale). According to investigators, in the early 2000s they stole a complex of buildings on Khodynskoye Field with a total area of ​​22 thousand square meters, belonging to the MiG aircraft manufacturing corporation, and then resold it and rented it out for several years, including to structures of the United aircraft manufacturing corporation.
