Torfyanka activist fined after protest against park development
Torfyanka defender Vadim Ozhogin was fined a thousand rubles by the Babushkinsky Court on December 1. He was detained during a protest against the development of the park. Mikhail Barbotkin reported this to OVD-Info.
The court found that Ozhogin was guilty under Article 20.1 of the Administrative Code (Petty hooliganism) - he stood up for pensioner Murcia Rylova, who was rudely detained by police officers. The fate of the second administrative protocol against Ozhogin - under Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses - is still unknown.
