Protesting shareholders were detained in St. Petersburg

In St. Petersburg, during a rally of shareholders of the housing complex "Forces of Nature", three protesters were detained. This was reported on December 3 on the Delovoy Petersburg website.

During the action near the Devyatkino metro station, people blocked traffic on Toksovskoye Highway. Several cars tried to pass through the crowd.

Shareholders and equity holders of the unfinished complex demand an interdepartmental audit of the developer company O2 Development, however, according to them, law enforcement agencies are only forwarding their applications and complaints to each other.

In November, it became known that the authorities of the Leningrad Region were planning to begin bankruptcy proceedings for the Murinskoye-1 housing complex, which is building the first stage of the Forces of Nature residential complex - bankruptcy will allow the completion of the problematic facility. The company believes that officials are exacerbating the situation unnecessarily.
