In Nevsky in St. Petersburg on Sunday, December 4, a participant in a series of single pickets of the “Solidarity” movement in support of the Moscow activist Ildar Dadin, convicted of “repeated” violations at public events and talked about torture in the colony, was detained. According to Radio Liberty, the picket worker came too close to the member of the Prochrevsky movement of the NOD, and the police considered that the picket had ceased to be single.

According to the radio station, the Activists of the NOD tried to prevent the action in support of Dadin, standing next to the posters demanding to expand the authority of the president.

UPD. According to the Olga Smirnova, the organizer of the action told the OVD-Info, Igor Andreev was detained by a participant in solidarity. He was taken to the 78th police department, where he drew up a protocol on an administrative offense

“He did not see either the text of the protocol or the text of the statement, because, in accordance with his personal beliefs, he always refuses to sign protocols and consider any claims to it in general from the point of view of law,” Olga Smirnova explained.

Three hours after the detention, Andreev was released from the police department and returned to the place of single pickets to continue the action.
