The government will preserve the amount of subsidies Chechnya

The subsidies of Chechnya from the federal budget of the Russian Federation in 2017 will be preserved at the level of the current year. This is evidenced by the amendments of the government for the second reading of the budget, adopted on December 2, the State Duma Committee on Budget and Taxes without discussion, RBC reports .

The total amount of Chechnya subsidies next year will be expected, 40.4 billion rubles (including the republic will receive 16.4 billion rubles for a budget balance and another 24 billion rubles for leveling budgetary security). In 2016, the volume of subsidies Chechnya will be at the level of 41 billion rubles.

In total, in 2017, the authorities of the Russian Federation plan to allocate about 738 billion rubles to the regions - 15% more than this year. At the same time, the largest amounts of financing will receive Chechnya, as well as Crimea (about 37 billion rubles).

At the end of October, the head of Chechnya Ramzan Kadyrov said that the proposals of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation to cut the budget of the republic are unacceptable. In early November, he, speaking of the budget financing of Chechnya, also called the “strange” application to Chechnya “uniform standards for all regions”. In turn, the Minister of Finance Anton Siluanov noted that Kadyrov cannot yet know how many funds the republic will receive from the budget in 2017.

In October, the Minister of Caucasus’s Affairs of the North Caucasus said that it was necessary to change the image of the North Caucasus, since he “knows how to earn money” and “can feed Russia”.
