The enmity is irreconcilable

Actually, Valery Zorkin did not want to spoil the mood of either himself or the president. It was just by the way I had to, and it was hard at heart from resentment. Moreover, on the day when the president met with constitutional judges, congratulating them on the upcoming professional holiday and the 25th anniversary of the Constitutional Court. Well, it escaped , as if by chance: they say, imagine what the enemies thought again. "Suddenly the Baltic state of Lithuania ... recently sent us a dispatch that judges of the Constitutional Court are a threat to the security of the Lithuanian Republic." They were refused the entrance.

Vladimir Vladimirovich was also upset . Otherwise, not to explain why he first, hiding the annoyance, slightly touched Valery Dmitrievich (“Yeah, got caught”), and then, without restraining himself, he became interested - that “served as an occasion for such an idiotic, I would say, conclusion?” It turned out that there was a trifle, it was strange to even remember him, but Zorkin still remembered. Lithuanians did not like the decision of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation in the Crimea. “They believe,” the chairman complained, “that we have violated the immunity, the territorial integrity of Ukraine,” and here the arbitrators are not allowed into Lithuania to the World Congress of Constitutional Courts, which should take place in March next year.

What can I say, a trifle, but unpleasant. And not in vain, probably, the President of Russia, listening to the chairman of the Constitutional Court, "gets the impression that people (Lithuanians, that is. - I.M.) generally fell from another planet." And the wise Zorkin does not in vain shares with the guarantor the thought that he has a "sinful thing". And "let us hold this World Conference with us. We will not forbid anyone to come to anyone." This is a good, correct thought. Where else to hold this conference, if not in Russia, on planet Earth?

On the other hand, will it be possible to conduct it? The situation is clearly conflicting, and it can be assumed that those who refuse to accept our judges will not want to meet with them and in the country of stay of Zorkin. Probably not all, but many, including those who began the process against the Constitutional Court of Russia a year ago. Under those far -fetched pretext that Zorkin and his accomplices allegedly grossly violated the law, approving the annexation of Crimea. Well, as in the deaf Androp’s times, Soviet doctors excluded from the World Psychiatric Association, so the current post -Soviet constitutional judges, the civilized world temporarily disqualifies. Together with individual oligarchs, deputies, prosecutors and other best people in Russia.

At the same time, it is clear that Zorkin, as we have known him since the last millennium, has always been a person of firm, but widespread beliefs, which could not narrow any basic law. He especially turned around the current president, and if Vladimir Vladimirovich canceled direct governor’s elections, in his own way interpreting the constitutional norm, then Valery Dmitrievich supported him, along with most of his judges. The moralist is essentially in his own way, he willingly intervened in politics, exposing the disagreements, whose actions, you understand, "actively warmed up from abroad." Having bored with politics, he was fond of the history of the Fatherland, in which he was seeing the harm from the troublemakers and the benefits of serfdom. Fighter art also did not shy away, and when about a year ago the Turks shot down the Russian plane, he firmly spoke out for tightening the national legal system "in the direction of military severity."

This is such a judge, and why be surprised if he, pleasing to the highest authorities and most Russians, found unnecessary legal reasons, approving the Anschlus of Crimea. And in July 2015, when a painful problem associated with the supremacy of international treaties in the Constitution of the Russian Federation and necessity was solved by the supremacy to somehow unasseen, the Constitutional Court under his leadership was solved. Without canceling the constitution, Zorkin fed it, tamed it, put it on a chain and taught it to various pieces . The priority of international law remained on paper, but in fact the verdict of the Constitutional Court was placed above all these agreements. In some exceptional cases, yes, which confirm the rule, and there are already examples.

Nevertheless, Zorkin is offended by Lithuania. He complains to the President, and let the unscrupulous spitens call the staging scene, the characters undoubtedly experience genuine feelings. The jurist wants him to be considered a judge, even in Vilnius. Putin is bitter that his faithful serf artist is offended, such as the juggler, to whom he himself admits, "not that every day, but often calls ... and asks how one or another norm will look." They look, you see, perfectly what the norm is and wherever you turn the drawbar.

That is why I think Valery Dmitrievich still should not be upset. God with her, with Lithuania and the rest of Europe, where Russophious politicians persist in their unwillingness to see Zorkin, bringing him to the blacklist. Do not give a damn and forget. But he was awarded the highest praise from the national leader and in his honor even a curse flies from the highest mouth. In short, there is no need to worry about them because of trifles and idiots. However, he is worried, worried, owls, he is inconsolable, and this means that, unfortunately, the insidious enemies managed to achieve his own. Sanctions are valid.
