On December 7, the Bakhchisarai District Court of Crimea fined Enver Sherfiev 15 thousand rubles, considering that he took part in an “unauthorized rally” near the Salachik cafe on May 12, 2016. This is reported by the publication "Crimea. Realities".
“The situation is to intimidate the Crimean Tatars so that the people during the searches stay at home and do not stick out at the place of the searches. As for the court decision, everything is going according to the knurled - in other words, template work, ”Sherfiev told the publication.
Earlier, the same court fined Marlen Asanov, Emin Belyalov, Emil Belyalov and Seyran Saliyev from 10,000 to 20,000 rubles for allegedly organizing a rally near the homes of Muslims arrested in the Hizb ut-Tahrir case. The Supreme Court reduced Asanov's fine from 20,000 to 15,000.
