Moscow Region will spend 169 billion rubles on improving the efficiency of power

The Government of the Moscow Region will spend 169.1 billion rubles in the framework of the Effective Power program, designed for 2017-2021. This was reported by RBC with reference to the Ministry of Government of the Moscow Region.

Most of the funds --166 billion rubles - will be allocated to the program from the regional budget, the rest of the money will come from the federal and municipal budgets and extra -budgetary sources. An annually 33.8 billion rubles will be spent on the program.

Similar programs were valid earlier, but then about 30 billion rubles were allocated a year, the first deputy minister of the state administration of the Moscow Region Andrei Borodin said.

The main part of the money under the program will go to serve the debt obligations of the region - 79 billion rubles. 21.2 billion rubles will be allocated for “maintenance and development of the infrastructure of authorities”. This article, for example, includes transportation costs, including the purchase of cars for officials.

Another 17 billion rubles will be transferred to municipalities with insufficient income. The organization of the activities of regional ministries and departments will spend 14.1 billion.
