Sergey Sysoev filed a bankruptcy lawsuit against Cherepanovsky Pivo. He was also the owner of the company.
Sysoev decided to bankrupt the company because of an overdue debt of 530 thousand rubles, follows from the materials of the court. On December 6, the arbitral tribunal satisfied the plaintiff's claims and introduced the bankruptcy proceedings for four months.
Andrey Tyutyunnik, a member of the Siberian Interregional Self-Regulatory Organization of Arbitration Managers, has been appointed bankruptcy trustee. The court will hear his report on April 3, 2017.
The largest creditor among those who filed their claims was Vector NSK LLC, which presented a debt of more than 41 million rubles. Delnoye LLC demanded another 13.5 million rubles. The remaining creditors in total presented debts of several million rubles.
The Cherepanovskoe Pivo plant was founded in 2003 in Cherepanovo. The company produces 12 brands of filtered and nine unfiltered beers. The products were presented in Auchan, Megas, Siberian Giant, Gorozhanka and Holiday Classic shopping centers. The company sold beer not only in Novosibirsk, but also in Tomsk region, Kuzbass and Altai region.
