It is noted that initially information appeared on social networks that two adult dogs and six puppies were shot at night in Aleksin, which were later discovered by volunteers.

Volunteers found them in the morning. They called the police, a statement was written, we took the corpses of the puppies for examination, gunshot wounds, ”the message said.

In late November, Russian President Vladimir Putin called for speeding up the adoption of a law on homeless animals.

“As far as I know, a bill on this topic was being worked out in parliament, but it is still there without movement, let's discuss how to promote this initiative as well, how to formalize a civilized procedure for the treatment of animals,” he said.
