There is no state doping support program in Russia, the Ministry of Sports said in a statement.
The department noted that they would study the information from the Vad report, and added that they would continue to “fight doping from the position of zero tolerance”.
Prior to this, Presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov informed Interfax that the Kremlin was still studying the report.
The second part of the report of the Commission of the World Anti -Doping Agency (Vada) was published earlier than December 9. It states that more than 1000 Russian athletes were involved in the manipulations with doping tests.
The report claims that doping was used by 12 Russian athletes who won medals in Sochi. Six Russian Paralympic samples were forged, in samples of two Russian hockey players they found men's DNA.
In total, during the investigation, the commission revealed manipulations with doping tests of Russian athletes in 30 sports.

Based on the first part of the Wada report, it was called to remove the Russian team from the Olympics in Rio. However, the International Olympic Committee (IOC) made athletes to competitions, Russian athletes were removed from the games.
After the publication of the report, the International Paralympic Committee suspended Russia's membership, thus removing Russian Paralympicians from the Paralympics.
