Today's decision of the Arbitration Court “will allow the university to return to normal work before consideration on the merits of the lawsuit to challenge the Rosobrnadzor order of 09/16/2016”, the report on the EUSPB website said.
It also notes that educational activities at the university are suspended “until the publication of the special order of Rosobrnadzor”, but scientific and scientific and educational work will continue in the usual mode.
The decision on the suspension of the state license of the EUSPB was made by Rosobrnadzor on December 7. He was preceded by numerous checks that identified several formal violations at the university. On December 12, the university leadership made an official comment in which it announced the desire "to resolve the situation by all legal means."
