OVD-info publishes an excerpt from a letter that his wife Anastasia Zotova received from Ildar Dadina. It follows from the text that he wrote it on December 4, being in pre-trial detention center-2 of the Vologda region, where he was transported from IK-7 Karelia. A curious coincidence: December 12, Deputy Head of the FSIN Valery Maksimenko said that Dadin will inform his relatives in the near future about the new place of his stay, and also that he "feels good, abides in a vigorous mood, has an enviable appetite and eats intensely."

Now the evening on 12/04/2016 (Sunday). I am again in the FCU of the pre -trial detention center - 2 cities of Vologda. I was brought here today before dinner. Today at 12 in the morning, they say, I'll go further.

Another case. It was taken out of IK-7 almost immediately after the issuance of dinner on Friday (12/02/2016). I still signed a document on the machine that I have 815 rubles in my personal account. But then I saw some other document, where there was an amount of 4000 rubles. They did not really give me to get acquainted with this document, but they wanted me to sign it quickly.

Since they didn’t give me a normally to get acquainted with this document, I did not sign it. In this document I saw a lot of some expenses that I did not. I made purchases only twice. I was notified of the first 1550 rubles who came to the account, and then (11/15/16, Tuesday) - about 1080 rubles. I spent 1460 rubles, and from the second about 330 rubles, and from these transfers, in theory, 840 rubles were supposed to remain from the second.

In general, on Friday in the afternoon, running and in a hurry, in a hurry, they took me out of IK-7, brought me to the train, put me on it and today the train brought me to Vologda.

I was brought to the pre-trial detention center-2 Vologda, where I was traveling when I was taken to Karelia in September.
