All those detained on December 12 near the White House in Moscow at a rally dedicated to Constitution Day were released from the Presnensky police station.
They drew up protocols on the violation by a participant of a public event of the procedure for holding it - under the fifth part of Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses. At the same time, police officers refused to issue copies of the protocols, inviting the detainees to return for documents the next day.
The detainees spent significantly more than three hours in the police department—the detention time allotted by law. At the same time, police officers refused to give them food and water, which was brought to the police station by friends of the detainees.
