Detainee with a poster “Respect the Russian Constitution” was released after a night in the police department

On December 13, the Oktyabrsky District Court of St. Petersburg considered the case of Yana Turbova, who was detained the day before near the building of the Constitutional Court on Senate Square in St. Petersburg with a poster "Respect the Russian Constitution", and limited herself to issuing an oral warning. Turbova was released in the courtroom. This was reported to OVD-Info by activist Olga Smirnova.

Turbova was detained during a solo picket on Constitution Day on December 12 and spent the night in the 1st police department of the Admiralteisky district.
