On December 13, the Oktyabrsky District Court of St. Petersburg considered the case of Yana Turbova, who was detained the day before near the building of the Constitutional Court on Senate Square in St. Petersburg with a poster "Respect the Russian Constitution", and limited herself to issuing an oral warning.
