The NBC television company reports that the US presidential campaign in the United States could be conducted under the personal leadership of Vladimir Putin. The CIA does not exclude the Kremlin’s desire to ensure the victory of Trump.
The US intelligence services “with a high degree of probability” suggest that Russian President Vladimir Putin was personally involved in the secret campaign to interfere with the US presidential election. On Thursday, December 15, the NBC television company reports with reference to two American intelligence officers who allegedly have "direct access to information."
They argue that, according to available information, Putin personally gave orders to use materials received as a result of hacker attacks on the sites of the Democratic Party. The intelligence, on which the investigation is based, allegedly came through diplomatic channels and through agents working on US allies.
According to the information received, Vladimir Putin’s involvement in such actions turned out to be more large than originally supposed. In October, a number of special departments have already made a statement about the possible involvement of Russia in a hacker attack on the Democratic Party sites. The statement stated that "only the most senior persons in the Russian Federation could give permission for such actions." Now, special services are associated with the campaign of Putin personally.
The CIA believes that the Kremlin purposefully wanted Victory Donald Trump in the US presidential election. The FBI and other special departments do not completely share this point of view, but they do not exclude that the Russian campaign was aimed at damaging Hillary Clinton, as a presidential candidate, through publications of electronic messages.
