It is claimed that the detainees planned to perform a "series of resonant terrorist actions" in the capital using powerful home -made bombs. The terrorist attacks, the special service claims, prepared at the direct instructions of the emissar IG, who is located in Turkey and was put on the international wanted list on Tajikistan.

During the searches at the addresses in Moscow and the Moscow Region, the report says, machine guns and cartridges for them, ready -made home -made bombs and a “significant amount of mixed explosive for the manufacture of high -power explosive” were removed. Meanwhile, RIA Novosti, with reference to an unnamed source in law enforcement agencies, reports that on Thursday day in an 18-story residential building at ul. Nummetkina, 11 in the southwest Moscow district of Cheremushki, the security forces neutralized the bomb, which was laid in the apartment on the 10th floor in the 2nd entrance. According to the agency, 145 people were evacuated from the house, including 19 children.
