Gold is divided in Runet. Scythian.
Yesterday, the Dutch court completed the trial in the Scythian gold case, shortly before the annexation of Crimea brought to the exhibition in the Netherlands.
Crimean museums, now working under Russian jurisdiction, demanded that they return the exhibits, but the Amsterdam court decided to transfer the collection to the Ukrainian government.

Ukrainian gold, Ukrainian sea, Ukrainian mountains - all in the Ukrainian Crimea. There are only Russian and local traitors - strangers.

Now the Dutch judges, of course, are accused of addiction and politicization of the decision.
The West really wanted to tear Russia into shreds and give on the teeth in Syria, but only it was possible to take the world championship in sled and gold from the museum

By the way, having recognized the gold of the Scythians by Ukrainian, the Netherlands, unexpectedly for themselves, recognized Crimea Russian ... Is it worth it to make noise for gold? ...

"Scythian gold" is an exhibit that is part of the concept of "world heritage" and not to determine the Dutch court.

The heading "Intellectual of the day" is a neighbor at the entrance: "Because of you, the Dutch handed the gold of our Scythians to Bender." Comrade. Blok: "Yes, Scythians - We"?

The Amsterdam court violated contracts and obligations to the Crimean museums. This is another confirmation that the West is inconsistent!

In any case, the exhibits were to return to those museums from which they were taken. This is historically established international practice.
And those gold items that were exported by the Ukrainian authorities from Crimean museums should return there for half a century. After not approved by the Supreme Council of the RSFSR, that is, the illegal transfer of Crimea to Ukraine, the Kyiv party authorities decided to make a treasure store, like Moscow or Leningradsky. So in 1962, a museum of historical jewelry appeared in Kyiv. Where these same Kyiv party authorities began to take all the treasures from the territory of Ukraine. Including from the Crimea.
And the court of Amsterdam now gives Kyiv not even Scythian gold, but the Gothic, Late -Armatian and Bosporus. Finds from Chersonesos. And the Scythian gold, found in the 19th century in the mound of Kul-Oba near Kerch and stored in the Kerch Museum of Antiquities, founded by the Russian mayor Ivan Stempkovsky, has long been in Kyiv. Just not very clear - where exactly. Because the same museum of historical jewelry of Ukraine, where it was stored for 53 years, in November 2015 was, attention, liquidated by order of the Ukrainian Ministry of Culture. Well, earlier, before the revolution of dignity, when ancient gold jewelry appeared on the wife of President Yushchenko, for example, or at Sofia Rotar, it was at least clear where they were taken and from whom you can ask for it. Now there is no one to ask. The dignity defeated the order.
So, of course, it is necessary to return the stolen gold of the Chersonesos stolen by the Netherlands. But along with him it is necessary to return gold stolen by Ukraine from the entire territory of the Crimea.
Just because it belongs only to us.
The decision of the Amsterdam court in the collection of Crimean museums in the Alard Parson Museum is upset, unjust, but not unexpected. Moreover, this is the third case of the robbery of the Crimean museums in new and recent history. During the Crimean War, the British plundered the Kerch Museum of Antiquities, then the Germans "sank" in the museums of the peninsula during the occupation, now - the Dutch ...
Yes, I still forgot - in the 70s, the Ministry of Culture of Ukraine tore up several Crimean meetings, creating a "Museum of Hittynces (Jewelry)."
What should be remembered by observing the current regrettable case:
1. The stolen values (especially ancient artifacts) will not bring good luck, nor those who stole, nor those who contributed.
2. These things will remain ours, wherever you hide them and as it were, as it were.
3. We will come for them.
The decision of the Dutch court on Crimean gold once again demonstrated the existence of the problem of succession of the Russian Federation. Because if we act within the framework of the Bolshevik succession, then everything is absolutely legal: there is a state "Ukraine", which owns museum funds, this very "Ukraine" and returned part of the funds. And the Russian Federation cannot do anything here - they themselves admitted that the beginning of their statehood in 1918
On January 13, 1992, the Russian Foreign Ministry sent out a note to the heads of diplomatic missions in Moscow, which stated that the Russian Federation continues to exercise rights and fulfill obligations under all the agreements concluded by the USSR. No. 101-ФЗ "On International Treaty of the Russian Federation" dated 07/15/1995 directly establishes right-hand:
"This Federal Law applies to international treaties in which the Russian Federation is a party as a state of the USSR successor."
The clarification of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation on the continuity of the Russian Federation from the Russian Empire specifically clarified that even the recognition of the debts of the Russian Empire does not lead to a succession of the Russian Federation from RI:
"... The fact of the payment of the Russian Federation in 1996. 400 million dollars of the so -called" royal debts "of France is rather not a rule, but an exception. .... The decision to pay the" royal debts "of France is only an act of will, and not at all a consequence of the recognition of the Russian Empire by the Russian Federation."
That is, with T.Z. Rights - everything is absolutely legal. The museum collection is not the property of the museum, but the property of the state to which everyone has returned. Soviet is proposed to sit and get around.
But if we consider the state of Russia a successor to the RSFSR and the USSR, but of the historical Russian state, then all rights to museum collections by the so -called "Ukraine" becomes at the maximum insignificant, but at least the subject of contesting with a non -assigned result.
But it is clear that all the treasures of the Kremlin and the Hermitage will be given rather than the succession from the Russian Empire will be proclaimed.
But it is interesting - in connection with the Amsterdam decision on the gold of the Scythians: whether some foreign museum exhibitions were held at the time of the beginning of the Second World War.
Maybe something was exhibited in Berlin or in London?
Or then, in principle, there was no such concept - so that the exhibits from one museum are exhibited in another?
Fighters for gold remind of such an insignificant fact as the rejection of Crimea itself from Ukraine.
Russia "forgot" about the annexation of Crimea during the trial for "Scythian gold". Interesting turn))) https://t.co/erk6l7xl7e

The Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation called the decision on Scythian gold illegal. It is very ridiculous when Russia begins to talk about legality and international law.

What they cannot understand in any way: if, starting in 1918, so cleverly and impunity dispose and juggle someone else's movement and real estate, starting with the territories and ending with the objects of the cult and museum values - why in the end
1) they are so poor
And
2) Nobody loves them.
Commenting on the situation, the State Duma deputy Natalya Poklonskaya, for some reason treated the Netherlands very original - called them a "overseas country."

Feldfebelitsa in Voltaires
You underestimated the Tov Poklonskaya! She hints at Curasao, Aruba and Saint-Martin!
However, jokes aside. The court’s decision was considered to be the reasonable director of the Moscow Kremlin museums Elena Gagarina :
It is very important to understand that the entire museum fund is the property of the state, and not the property of a single museum or other cultural institution. In this case, when objects were taken out of the territory of Ukraine and belonged to Ukraine as a state, this decision seems to me quite justified.
There are norms of international legislation by which the museums of the Moscow Kremlin, like other museums, are guided in their international exhibition activities. The permit for the export of any subject abroad is issued by the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation on the basis of state guarantees that the receiving party provides. If we do not receive such guarantees, not a single item from the museum fund leaves the territory of the Russian.
Elena Yuryevna pretty much went to such words.
Amazing! Director of the Kremlin Museum Elena Gagarina is the daughter of Yuri Gagarin. And he carries such a blizzard! pic.twitter.com/naf7ewx55x

I did not expect this from the daughter of Yu. Gagarin. The Director of the Kremlin museums considered the court decision on the Scythian gold court https://t.co/igydhycqdr

Elena Gagarina replenished the ranks of the national experts and the fifth column. Medinsky in shock. It’s no longer to be the director of the museums of the Moscow Kremlin. pic.twitter.com/jkrnwe39iq

In the 19th century, Russians faced the problem of international solidarity of aristocrats against the Russian people. When for the "Party of Valuev" and the newspaper the news of the Polish landowner was closer to the Russian peasant.
In the XXI century, a similar international chiefs developed against the Russians. The cohesion of the party of the heads of the Russian Federation and is quite great. Like you are violating the order here. Strictly speaking, this was immediately declared to the rebel Donbass and would have declared Crimea if Putin had not been expressed.
But now they are playing out on trifles. Gagarina’s statement by decision of the Dutch is a classic case of internationalism of the bosses. Like artifacts belong primarily to the state, and Ukraine was such, and therefore everything is right. The fact that the artifact is, first of all, part of the collection and the museum, the head of the Moscow StateMuse is not aid. For her and the Monomakh hat is just a license plate. That is why the museums of the Moscow Kremlin are no, if not bad - in none of them it is impossible to find some intelligible thought, an image of history, a picture of the past.
And then the authorities turned out to be jointly with the authorities, and against the Crimean museums (in which there is really a concept and a collection) and against the people.
Now, of course, some unconscious patriots will ask the question: "Does Gagarin match your position?" Alas, it corresponds. Such a position.
It’s scary to think how many items remain in the Crimea that “belong to Ukraine as a state”.
I do not have that passion for history as Yegor Kholmogorov, and the gold of Crimea seems much less important than 1) people, 2) Earth - but this is such a passage along the mine field: at what other point will the bosses surrender?
And it will pass by all means, will miss the opportunity to at least keep silent (if he has nothing to say), and this is also due to the fact that it, the authorities, is based on the bossy approach to the story that is described in the article by Sergey Sergeyev about Karamzin (see below in my tape). An approach in which not the history of the people is important, but the history of the state. And now the gold of the Scythians, it turns out, "belongs to Ukraine as a state."
Well, yes, here Ukrainians say that Crimea belongs to Ukraine as a state. And the Dutch just agreed with them.
Strange, but few people came up with the most consistent decision.
And I am against. If you return, then Scythians.
And since there are no Scythians, but the Greeks made a jewelry - then the Greeks.
By the way, in Rostov-on-Don there is a Scythian National Congress society, whose members recognize themselves as Scythians and declare the recreation as a virtual state of the Great Scythia. Starting with the 2002 census, they answer the question of nationality - we are Scythians.
Today is their day, it would seem, a unique chance to say a significant word, but they are silent
